Catering By Debbie Banquet Facility Location

 

Catering by Debbie requests that all functions end by 11:30PM. For Saturday functions there is a charge for the use of the rooms. For weekday functions, there will be a reduced charge for use of the rooms if a full meal with at least 30 people is planned.

 

Off Site Locations

 

Catering by Debbie will cater to the location of your choice, all prices quoted will cover Lafayette or West Lafayette. Any other areas will require a charge of $.40 per mile, plus travel time for crews. We have a full listing of the many available locations to rent, and have it to offer upon request.

 

Deposit and Payment

 

A nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve a date for catered functions. The remaining balance is payable at 1/2 the estimated total 2 weeks in advance of the party and the remaining balance at the end of the function. The deposit is deducted from the final bill.

 

Security

We reserve the right to hire guards for any function if we feel it requires security. They must be hired by us. You will be informed prior to the function.

Guarantee
The number of guests attending your function must be given to us at least 72 hours in advance. This is your guarantee, and you will be charged for this number, or the actual number in attendance, whichever is greater.

Menu
We request that you submit your complete menu at least 2 weeks in advance of your function.

Service
Our policy for service to make your banquet run a smoothly and efficiently as possible is as follows: for regular functions with 75 or less guests in attendance, the service rate is $40.00 for 4 hours minimum per server. Each additional hour is charged at a fee of $12.00 per hour per server. For functions with more than 75 guests in attendance, the service fee will be 19% of the total bill. Delivery fee is $10.00 for one way. $20.00 if there is a pickup involved. Sales Tax is always extra! 7%

Linen, China, and Decorations
White Linen is included in the cost of all meals of $13.95 or more per person. For lower priced meals, linen is extra. $4.00 per tablecloth and $.30 per napkin. Colored linen is also available at an extra charge depending on availability. China is $2.00 extra per person for off premise locations.

We will continue to cut and serve your wedding cake, however, there will be a charge if we provide plates, silverware, etc.
